Cooking for Cause

Our Story

Founded in 2019 by Shivi Jain, Cooking for Cause began with a mission to raise funds for the Thirst Project, aiming to build freshwater wells in Uganda. Over the years, the organization has expanded its reach to support education in rural India and provide essential resources for young adults transitioning from foster care.

Impact

In just five months, Cooking for Cause has successfully raised over $6000 to construct freshwater wells in Uganda. Additionally, meal kits have been provided to support the Ekal Foundation in the United States, showcasing a strong commitment to food security and clean water access.
