Our Story

Founded in 2008 by Pastor Chris Ward, Continents For Christ (CFC) emerged from a divine calling to reach underserved communities. After years in law enforcement, Chris pursued a degree at Seattle Bible College, igniting his passion for ministry. The vision for CFC was birthed one evening when Chris heard the name 'Continents For Christ' and felt compelled to write down the mission that God had revealed to him.

Initially focused on rural villages in East Africa, particularly Uganda and Tanzania, CFC dedicated its early years to training village pastors lacking formal ministry education. Over time, the mission expanded to include South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia, conducting short-term ministry trips, crusades, and Bible distribution programs. In 2023, CFC broadened its mission to support independent missionaries globally, recognizing the diverse callings within the Christian community.
