Our Story

Founded in 2005 by Deacon Joseph Vitello, the Constanza Medical Mission emerged from a heartfelt journey to the Dominican Republic. Witnessing the dire poverty and lack of healthcare, he rallied local healthcare providers and volunteers to bring essential medical services to Constanza and its surrounding communities.

Our Impact

Through collaborative efforts, the mission provides vital medical treatment to up to a thousand patients during mission trips, while also supporting local healthcare professionals with necessary supplies and equipment.
