Our Story

The Constance Foundation was established in honor of Constance "Connie" Glauser, who passed away from breast cancer in May 2006. Her legacy began with the Hockey 4 Hope charity game, first held in 2010, which has become a beloved annual event in Binghamton, NY. This event not only celebrates Connie's spirit but also raises vital funds to support those battling cancer. Over the years, Hockey 4 Hope has partnered with organizations like The Geller Oncology Fund, Make-A-Wish of CNY, and The Lourdes Foundation, amplifying its impact in the community.
