Our Story
Founded in 2003 by Dr. Gladys Kalema-Zikusoka, Conservation Through Public Health (CTPH) works to ensure that people, gorillas, and wildlife coexist harmoniously in Africa’s protected areas.
Impact
CTPH has trained over 200 rural youth in essential skills, provided internet access for conservation education, and educated more than 7,000 community members on the vital links between health and conservation.
