Its mission is to empower and connect underserved youth and millennials to advanced workforce training and career exploration. The purposes of the Conscious Youth Solutions are as follows: Conscious Youth Solutions, Inc is a non-profit 501 c 3 organization that provides workforce training and career exploration. It is responsive to the needs of the community by: Establishing a foundation for youth socio-economic activities; Developing and presenting educational programs, seminars, conferences, and workshops that facilitate workforce training, career exploration, and diversity & inclusion awareness; Serving as a resource for and a conduit to youth and diversity related educational and networking opportunities; * Exploring community partnerships that support the mission of the Conscious Youth Solutions; Promoting and celebrating the enrichment of diversity
