Connecticut Center for Arts & Technology Inc, known as ConnCAT, is inspired by the transformative model of Pittsburgh's Manchester Bidwell Corporation. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to inspiring and preparing youth and adults for educational and career advancement through innovative job training and youth programs.
