Our Story

The Connecticut Brain Tumor Alliance was founded in 2006 by Tracey Gamer-Fanning and Jennifer Pace, inspired by their personal experiences as patients. Along with caregivers Stacey Mairano and Kim Hodnett, they recognized the urgent need for a supportive community for brain tumor patients and their families.

Since its inception, CTBTA has raised and donated over $1.8 million, providing direct support to brain tumor patients and families while advancing research and improving quality of care.
