About Conley Outreach Community Services

Founded over 35 years ago by Bruce Conley, Conley Outreach Community Services began as a compassionate extension of the Conley Funeral Home in Elburn, Illinois. Initially focused on bereavement aftercare, the organization has evolved to meet the diverse needs of the community, offering support groups, literature, and individual counseling to those grieving. In 1999, it became a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, expanding its services to include community assistance programs and emergency financial aid.

Impact on the Community

In FY 2022, Conley Outreach positively impacted the lives of over 1,988 individuals in the Kaneland and surrounding areas, providing essential services such as financial assistance, meals, clothing, and grief support.
