Our Story

The Conductive Learning Center of North America (CLC) was founded in 1997 by Chuck and Sue Saur, who were inspired to provide conductive education for their son, Dan. After witnessing the benefits of this approach abroad, they partnered with local higher education institutions to create the first conductor-teacher training program in North America. Over the years, CLC has grown to serve nearly 1,000 students and their families, focusing on improving motor function and promoting independence through a holistic educational approach.

Impact

CLC has transformed the lives of hundreds of families by empowering individuals with motor challenges to achieve optimal physical, cognitive, and social independence. With nearly 1,000 students served over 25 years, the organization enhances their quality of life through conductive education.
