Concilium was co-founded by Scott Brawner, a former Army Ranger and pastor, alongside J.D. VerHoeven, a civilian analyst and disciple maker. Established in 2013, Concilium focuses on building capacity and resilience in Gospel advance through critical security support, risk analysis, and resiliency resources.
