Our Story

The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, originally known as Concerto Soloists, was founded in 1964 by Marc Mostovoy. This organization was established to provide performance opportunities for young professional musicians from the Curtis Institute of Music and other regional training programs, significantly contributing to the cultural life of the region.
