Our Story

Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) was founded in 1984 to support the families of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. With over 60,000 members, including spouses, children, and co-workers, C.O.P.S. provides essential resources and programs to help survivors rebuild their lives.

C.O.P.S. offers scholarships, counseling, and peer support to help survivors navigate their grief and find hope. With over 50 chapters nationwide, the organization ensures that no survivor feels alone in their journey.
