Founded in 1992, Con Mi MADRE began as the Hispanic Mother-Daughter Program to combat the alarming statistic that less than 1% of Latina babies would earn a college degree. Transitioning into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2008, the organization focuses on empowering young Latinas to graduate high school, enroll in college, and earn their degrees, while emphasizing the vital role of parental engagement in education.

Impacting Lives Through Education

Con Mi MADRE has successfully assisted over 3,000 mother-daughter teams, achieving a remarkable 97% high school graduation rate, a 75% college enrollment rate, and a 93% college retention rate.
