Our Story

Founded by Donna Bunce in 2006, Compassionate Heart Ministries emerged from a heartfelt desire to create a welcoming space for individuals with disabilities. After her son was diagnosed with cognitive impairment and mild autism, Donna envisioned a community where acceptance and friendship could flourish. Since then, the organization has supported hundreds of families, fostering connections among young people aged 14-45.
