Compass Dance Academy

Our Story

Compass Dance Academy was founded by Linda Wells, who transitioned from a fulfilling dance ministry in the U.K. to the U.S. in 1998. With a passion for integrating dance into worship, Linda began teaching 'Dance in Worship' at a local church, which sparked a growing interest among parents for dance classes for their children. In 2005, encouraged by the community, she started offering classes for homeschoolers. As the program flourished, Linda prayed for professional dancers to join her, leading to the formation of Dancelink, a ministry of OM Arts International.

Since its inception, Compass Dance Academy has created a joyous atmosphere where dancers of all ages are trained with excellence, grace, and encouragement. The focus is on mentoring each dancer to reach their full God-given potential, preparing them to share their gifts both locally and globally.
