Founded in 1960 by dedicated parents, Community Workshop and Training Center (CWTC) began with a mission to provide job skills training and educational opportunities for adults with disabilities. Starting with just 13 consumers and one staff member, CWTC has grown to serve approximately 450 individuals annually across Central Illinois, supported by a dedicated team of 120 staff members.
CWTC empowers adults with disabilities on their journey to independence through comprehensive residential and vocational programs.
