Inspired by the vision of Dr. Jack McConnell and supported by local leaders, CVIM aims to increase access to high-quality healthcare, significantly reducing emergency room visits and hospital admissions. Over the years, CVIM has treated thousands of patients, with approximately 4,000 individuals receiving care during 36,420 visits last year alone.
