Established in 2009, Community – The Anti-Drug Coalition (CTAD) is dedicated to reducing substance abuse among youth in Bannockburn, Deerfield, Highland Park, Highwood, and Riverwoods. This volunteer-led organization collaborates with schools, parents, and local government to foster a safe and healthy environment for young people.
