One Hopeful Place

Our Story

One Hopeful Place (OHP) was established in November 2016 to address the urgent need for support among the homeless population in Okaloosa County, Florida. Through collaboration with local leaders, nonprofits, and community members, OHP provides a shelter that offers a 'hand up, not a handout' to those seeking to change their life circumstances.

Impact

Since opening, OHP has assisted over 50 men and expanded its services to include a shelter for women, providing essential resources to help individuals transition to permanent housing.
