Our Story

Founded by Deb and Rod Courtney in 2016 after the tragic loss of their son Chad to fentanyl poisoning, CRUSH of Iowa is dedicated to fostering a supportive recovery community. The organization has grown to create a Recovery Community Center that connects individuals in recovery with vital resources and advocates for a stigma-free environment.
