Our Story

Established in 1967, Community Reach of Montgomery County has dedicated over 55 years to meeting the needs of the community. This organization focuses on improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable residents of Montgomery County.

Impact

In 2023, over 80,000 residents live in poverty, including nearly 14,000 seniors. With 70,000 lacking health insurance and a 54% increase in homelessness, Community Reach operates five distinct programs to provide crucial health and human services.
