Our Story

Founded in 1957 in Commerce City, Colorado, Community Reach Center began with a dedicated team of mental health experts from the University of Colorado Medical Center. As a pioneer in the region, it was the first to receive support from the Community Mental Health Act, part of President Kennedy’s initiative for improved mental health treatment. Over the past 65 years, it has grown to serve approximately 13,000 individuals annually through various clinics, schools, and home-based services.
