Our Story

Founded in 1957 in Commerce City, Colorado, Community Reach Center began with a dedicated team of mental health experts from the University of Colorado Medical Center. As the first center in the region to receive support from the Community Mental Health Act, it has continually evolved to meet the needs of the community, now serving approximately 13,000 individuals annually through various clinics, schools, and home-based services.
