Community Partnership for Pets, Inc.

Founded in August 2005, Community Partnership for Pets, Inc. (CPPI) emerged from a deep commitment to animal welfare, driven by over 30 years of experience in rescue and shelter operations across multiple states. The founders recognized that merely rescuing and adopting animals was insufficient to address the root causes of pet homelessness. Through extensive research and collaboration with various animal welfare organizations, they identified critical factors contributing to high intake and euthanasia rates in North Carolina shelters.

By implementing a comprehensive suite of programs, CPPI has made significant strides in improving the lives of pets and their owners. These initiatives have led to a remarkable decrease in the number of animals entering shelters, an increase in successful adoptions, and enhanced efforts to reunite lost pets with their families.
