Founded in 1988 by Eddie and Pastor Robert Woolfolk, Community Outreach Service Center (COSC) serves the homeless and marginalized citizens of the Denver Metro Area. With a focus on collaboration, COSC provides essential resources for employment, housing, and community wealth building.
