Our Story
Founded in 2003, Community of Hope Ministries began with the 'School Success Profile' to identify at-risk families in Garner, North Carolina. The need for academic intervention programs was clear, leading to the establishment of COHM in 2004. Over the years, COHM has expanded its reach, offering multiple ministries dedicated to supporting at-risk children and families, breaking down barriers to success.
Impact
In 2018 alone, Community of Hope distributed over 176,000 meals to food-insecure families, showcasing its commitment to the local community.
