Our Story
Founded in 1989, North Central Family Medicine has been a beacon of hope for the Rock Hill, SC community. Initially chartered as a non-profit organization, it became a federally funded community health center in 1991. Under the leadership of CEO Ernest Brown, the organization quickly established itself, moving into a new facility in 2001 to accommodate the growing needs of the community. Today, North Central Family Medicine serves approximately 10,000 residents with over 30,000 patient visits annually across three locations in York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties.
