Our Story

Community Mediation Services of Central Ohio was established in 1989 to address the harmful effects of unmanaged conflict on individuals and communities. By providing mediation services to culturally diverse individuals, families, and organizations, CMS helps resolve disputes and teaches essential conflict resolution skills.

Impact

Each year, CMS assists over 3,500 families facing eviction through its Housing Stabilization & Homelessness Prevention Program, significantly reducing eviction impacts in Franklin County, Ohio.
