Established in 1985, this organization partners with community-minded stakeholders to deliver essential services to economically underserved populations in New York's Capital Region.

Since its inception, the Community Loan Fund has loaned over $61 million, leveraging more than $215 million for economic development. This funding has supported over 925 community projects, including 322 minority and women-owned businesses.
