(CLA) was established in the 1970s as a response to the deinstitutionalization movement, aiming to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Pioneering the host home model in Colorado, CLA allows individuals to live with supportive families, fostering a more integrated and fulfilling life.
