Community LINC: A Legacy of Hope

Founded in May 1986 by a dedicated group of citizens from local churches, Community LINC has been on a mission to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness. Nearly 40 years later, this organization has grown to own 36 housing units and serves nearly 120 families each year, including 300 children, in Kansas City.

Impacting Lives

From 2018 to 2022, 87% of program graduates remained housed and self-sufficient. In 2022, 63% of individuals who transitioned to permanent housing reported increased self-sufficiency.
