Founded in 2006, the Community Land Trust of Palm Beach County was established to tackle the pressing need for affordable housing in the region. This initiative began as a collaborative effort led by Palm Beach County and has since evolved into a community-driven organization, uniting various stakeholders including builders, legal services, and local businesses. The CLT of PBCTC focuses on creating sustainable communities by developing affordable housing options that empower residents and foster economic stability.

Impact

To date, the CLT of PBCTC has successfully developed 61 permanently affordable homes and 80 multifamily units, significantly contributing to the local housing market.
