Since its inception in 2018, the Northeast Community Kollel has become a vital part of the spiritual landscape in the Rhawnhurst section of Northeast Philadelphia. Under the esteemed leadership of Rav Yonah Burr, this Kollel fosters an environment where dedicated scholars, known as yungeleit, thrive in their advanced Torah studies.
