Our Story

Community Justice Alliance was born from the shared experiences of founders dedicated to serving overlapping communities. Recognizing the struggles faced by families in immigration detention, the organization began with a service trip aimed at fighting expedited removal orders. Against all odds, several detained family members were released, highlighting the urgent need for advocacy and support in California's Central Valley.
