Our Story

Founded in 1971 by Gerald Saulino, Community Interactions, Inc. was inspired by the need for better living conditions for individuals with intellectual disabilities, including his brother Albert. Since opening its first housing facility in 1973, CI has dedicated itself to promoting community integration and self-determination for over 250 individuals in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
