Our Story

Community Housing Sonoma County has been dedicated to creating affordable housing since 1994. With a commitment to helping vulnerable populations, CHSC has successfully assisted over 365 individuals in finding homes and provided supportive housing for 203 individuals. Collaborating with various agencies, the organization develops supportive housing communities tailored for veterans, people with disabilities, and those experiencing homelessness.
