Our Story

Founded in 1975, Community Housing Partners Corporation began as a volunteer organization addressing housing needs in Appalachia. Over the years, it has evolved into a multi-state leader in creating healthy, sustainable, and affordable homes.

Impact

In 2023, CHP provided stable rental housing to 14,228 residents and invested over $67 million in green-standard homes, enhancing energy efficiency for 7,360 households.
