For over 40 years, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) has been dedicated to strengthening neighborhoods through affordable housing, education, health, safety, and economic growth. By connecting local groups with essential capital and expertise, LISC fosters inclusive and resilient communities of opportunity.

Impact

Since its inception, LISC has invested over $32 billion in community development, resulting in $87 billion in total development. This includes the creation of over 6,200 units of affordable housing and the development of more than 2.9 million square feet of commercial, retail, and community space.
