Our Story

Founded in 1979 by two dedicated volunteer registered nurses, Community Hospice & Health Services began in a church attic and has grown into the largest nonprofit hospice and support services agency in the Central Valley. The organization is committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families facing life-changing journeys.
