Community Health Center of Cape Cod

Our Story

Community Health Center of Cape Cod traces its roots back to 1998, when a dedicated group of volunteer physicians, nurses, counselors, and community members came together to provide free health services to uninsured residents of Cape Cod and the Islands. Today, this nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center continues to fulfill its mission by offering comprehensive health care services to children, adults, and families, regardless of their ability to pay.

Impacting Lives

With a team of compassionate professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, and mental health counselors, the center provides high-quality, patient-centered care. Special programs have been developed to address unique community needs, such as comprehensive diabetes care, primary care for veterans, and addiction recovery treatment.
