Community Health Alliance

Our Story

Community Health Alliance, formerly known as the Foundation for Community Health, has been dedicated to engaging western Montanans in health education and support since 1988. Originally focused on supporting Community Medical Center, the organization evolved its mission after the hospital's sale in 2015, rebranding in 2023 to better reflect its commitment to community health.

Impact

With over $14 million disbursed for hospital facilities, programs, and community initiatives, the Alliance has awarded more than 700 healthcare scholarships and led vital initiatives in skin cancer prevention and child safety education.
