Community Foundations CDC, Inc., established in 1997, is dedicated to fostering community development in Mooresville, North Carolina. Founded by a group of concerned leaders and the Town of Mooresville, this nonprofit organization focuses on charitable and educational initiatives. Through its various programs, Community Foundations has successfully developed two subdivisions and assisted numerous first-time home buyers, providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
