The Community Foundation Serving Howard, Clinton, and Carroll Counties was established in 1991 with a $10,000 grant from the United Way of Howard County. Over the years, it has grown to manage over 580 funds, distributing more than $16 million in grants to improve the quality of life in the community.
With over $16 million in grants, including $13.3 million for community projects and $2.7 million in scholarships, the Foundation significantly enhances the quality of life in the communities it serves.
