The Community Food Bank began its journey in 1978, operating from the basement of a Grand Junction Presbyterian Church. Over the past 40+ years, the organization has evolved, yet its core mission remains steadfast: to provide emergency food to all hungry individuals and families in Mesa County, ensuring dignity and respect for every client.
