Our Story

Community Educational Outreach (CEO) was founded in 1991 to address the educational needs of Denver's community corrections clients. Recognizing the absence of tailored adult education services for individuals impacted by the justice system, CEO began as an in-house program at Alpha Center. Over the years, CEO has expanded its reach, now partnering with various nonprofit organizations and community facilities across six Colorado counties to provide essential education and employment services.
