Our Story

Founded in 1990 by licensed marriage and family therapist Ronald Lawrence, the Community Counseling Center was established to address the urgent need for mental health support during the HIV/AIDS crisis. As the only local behavioral healthcare organization willing to provide this essential service, CCC has evolved into a comprehensive behavioral health service provider for the entire community, dedicated to expanding access to care while maintaining a welcoming environment for those in need.
