Founded in October 1985, Community Connections has been a beacon of hope for individuals with disabilities. Starting with Employment Services in Fall River and the Cape Cod Day Habilitation program, the organization has expanded to eight locations, providing essential services to over 800 clients. With a commitment to excellence, Community Connections has maintained its CARF accreditation since 1987, ensuring the highest standards of care.
