Community Concepts

Our Story

Since 1965, Community Concepts has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and families in Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford counties of Maine. Through a variety of housing, economic development, and social services, the organization addresses the basic needs of families while promoting self-sufficiency.

Impact

Every year, Community Concepts assists over 14,000 people through more than 95 diverse programs. In 2023 alone, the organization provided 168,331 meals and distributed over $28 million in emergency rental assistance, serving nearly 10,000 households.
