Founded in 1968 by Horace Seldon, Community Change Inc. emerged from the Civil Rights Movement, responding to the Kerner Commission Report's call to address systemic racism. The organization focuses on educating and mobilizing white individuals to combat racism and promote racial equity, particularly in suburban areas.
